Month 4: time has FLOWN, but we're having FUN

WOW…Wild Things are now 4 months old.   I think you can tell by my lack of updating that they keep me VERY busy!  Where to even start?..... Camden is my chunky koala bear.   He weighs around 13 pounds and is all belly.  He is my chilled baby and my snuggle buddy.  As long as his tummy is full, his hiney clean, and he has a light to look at he is a happy camper.  Kimber is in the 10 pound range.  She is my fire pistol.  She has a cry that will break your heart, a whine that will drive you nuts, and a smile/giggle that makes you forget about both!  She is ALWAYS moving and a little more high maintenance than her brother.  You can already tell she has a little sass to her (maybe just maybe she gets it from her momma).
Once we hit the 3 month mark things started getting a little easier, simply because they started sleeping a little more during the night.  Plus they started smiling and cooing which makes the lack a sleep MUCH more tolerable!  Each month seems to get easier, which makes me happy but also makes me sad.  They are growing up so fast and will never be this small again.
So much has happened in our family in the past few months.  We made our first trip around the world at Christmas and introduced the twins to so many people who loved them and prayed for them before they were even born.   My sister, Courtney, found out that her and Paul will be giving Kimber someone to play Barbies with; Elizabeth Marie Anderson is set to arrive in June. My brother, Zeb, and his wife, Tiffany, didn’t want to be left out and announced they will be having a little one late August! (This makes FIVE grandbabies for my mom and dad within 15 months!!!)  We are VERY excited that our children will be so close in age.  Cole and I made a trip to Vegas for New Years for some much needed (and much DESEREVED) mommy and daddy time!  My mom (aka Granny K) and Poppa Wade got hitched and are breaking ground on a house with plans that include a fishing tank and a treehouse.  Dr. Myer decided Camden is big enough to have his hernia surgery which is now scheduled for early March.
Cole is still the fitness director at John Newcombe Country Club in New Braunfels.  He is able to manage all gym activities as well as personal train, which is his true passion.  He is actually becoming quite the tennis player.  As for me I resigned from teaching and am now a full time mommy of twins.  It takes up ALL my time, ALL my energy, and sometime ALL of my sanity, but is well worth it.  I’m proud to say the twins haven’t been sick one day.  Together we make quite a team!  I do believe that babies have enhanced our marriage; our love has deepened and we appreciate each other more every day.  I can truly say God has BLESSED me and my family.
